What areas do you service?
We are based on the East End of Long Island, but can service all of Long Island.
How long will it take to organize my space?
Every space is different. The minimum service time is 3 hours.
Do you provide the products or do I have to buy them?
We will happily supply the products needed depending on your space and aesthetic in your home. Shopping time and a 2% product procurement fee is included on the final invoice.
Do you have to see my space before our sessions?
Yes, we prefer to see the space before the session as it gives us a chance to evaluate the space, take measurements and pictures, and learn about your wants and needs. This allows us to come up with a personalized strategy. After we see your space, we will follow up with an estimate.
Do I need a professional organizer?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your sessions on the calendar. The remaining 50% is due once the project is complete.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have general liability, professional liability and workers comp. We can provide a COI upon request.
What do you do with the trash?
Depending on how much trash there is, we may recommend getting a dumpster or we will take it to the trash area on the property.
What do you do with donations?
We will handle any donations as requested.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, checks, wire transfers, Apply Pay, Zelle, and Venmo.
